A 40 year-old man will be spending his entire life in prison after found guilty of defiling a nursery school child.
Tom Ontonyi Omoke alias Jamaa is said to have committed the inhuman act on the 12th of February this year at Nyamecheo sub-location, Kenyenya District in Kisii County.

The court heard that on the fateful day, the parents of the young girl had gone to their farm leaving her alone in the compound. The accused is said to have lured the girl into his house after giving her two mandazis.
The girl told the court that Tom ordered her to remove her clothes and lie on the bed before raping her.
He threatened to kill her if she screamed.
The accused pleaded guilty before the Senior Magistrate and was sentenced to life imprisonment
